Does Level 1 Refresh include extraction?

Level 1 Refresh includes light carpet shampoo or grooming, detailed vacuuming and surface care. Deep extraction is outside its standard scope. Level 2 Deep Restore adds suitable fabric shampoo and extraction where the material and condition call for it.

Which service is suitable for pet hair?

Light loose debris differs from hair embedded in carpet or fabric. Level 2 Deep Restore includes agreed moderate pet-hair work. Heavy embedded hair or extensive buildup needs an assessment for intensive restoration or separately scoped treatment.

Do you clean and condition leather?

Level 1 Refresh and Level 2 Deep Restore include cleaning and compatible leather conditioning where appropriate. Level 3 protection is specified in the custom quote. The treatment depends on the material and finish. Cleaning does not repair worn coatings, tears or permanent discoloration.

Can I book Level 0 Maintenance interior on its own?

Level 0 Maintenance interior is available only with an exterior service. It is for light upkeep on a maintained vehicle and does not include protection, extraction or deep stain treatment.

Can you remove every stain, odor or scratch?

Some stains, wear, odors and paint defects are permanent or need specialist work. We assess the areas that concern you, explain the likely improvement and agree on the scope. A cleaning service does not include every form of restoration or repair.

Will the seats be dry when you finish?

Deep cleaning may involve moisture. We check drying before handoff and explain any remaining drying time or ventilation needs. Material, temperature and humidity affect drying, so let us know if the vehicle is needed immediately after the appointment.

What should I do before the appointment?

Arrange any required property or employer permission before we arrive. Remove valuables and personal belongings, provide access to the vehicle, and tell us about sensitive materials, existing damage or specific concerns. For child-seat cleaning, you remove and reinstall the seat; cleaning follows the manufacturer’s instructions.
