Zensei’s Mobile Detailing is based in Vineland, New Jersey and serves customers across South Jersey. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit our website, request a quote, book a service or contact us.
Information you provide
When you request a quote or book, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service location, vehicle details, service preferences and notes. You may also send us vehicle or parking-area photos by text, along with messages about your appointment. Please share only information relevant to your service request.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, assess your vehicle’s needs, prepare quotes, confirm our service area, schedule and provide services, communicate about appointments, and maintain customer and service records.
Booking, quote requests and payments
Our booking and quote forms are provided by Urable. Information submitted through those forms is handled in our Urable account so we can respond and manage your service. The website does not keep a separate form-submission database. Opening a form in a new tab uses the same provider.
If you make an online payment through the booking service, payment details are handled by the booking service and its payment providers. Please do not send payment-card numbers through ordinary text or email. You can read Urable’s privacy notice ↗ for information about its own practices.
Website traffic, cookies and other providers
Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, which provides basic visitor and page-view statistics. Hosting and embedded-service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and page requests to deliver their services and maintain security.

Who handles information
Information is handled by Zensei’s and the providers involved in hosting, communications, booking and payments as needed to operate those services. Information may also need to be disclosed to meet a legal obligation or address fraud, security or a dispute.
